LI1971 is a handmade non-Cuban cigar from the Dominican Republic. Built on the tobacco system of the Cibao Valley, it pairs a Maduro wrapper and a Dominican Olor binder with filler leaf of Nicaraguan Criollo–Estelí, Dominican Criollo 98 and Piloto Cubano.

THE BLEND
LI1971 is a multi-origin blend. A blend is not a simple stack of leaves: each leaf is assigned a role in the flavour skeleton, the balance of the mouthfeel, the aromatic presentation and the burn structure, so the whole reads as one coordinated expression.
Wrapper — Dominican Maduro
The wrapper is a mid-brown with a naturally oily sheen. Long fermentation matures it into a sweet, rounded base, lending cream, wood and roast notes to the whole cigar. In the blend the Maduro wrapper carries the soft milky note of the first third and deepens the sweet and woody aroma.
